Check-Out Policy
If your pet has not been checked out by the 12pm check out time, a Daily Care Rate of an additional night’s charge will be charged for each pet. The Daily Care Rate applies Monday through Saturday.
If you elect to purchase a bath or groom for your pet during their stay, the Daily Care Rate will be waived and you are welcome to extend your pick up time to any time before 7:00pm (closing) at no additional cost to you.
Saturday: Check out times are from 8am-5pm.
Sunday: We offer Sunday pick ups as a courtesy to you; however, a full night’s stay will be incurred for this service. Available 4-6pm.
Holiday Policy
If you fail to cancel within 72 hours prior to the drop off date for boarding, you are required to pay at least half the stay.
